ADVICE TO ABORIGINAL CORPORATIONS

Thomas Legal provides wide ranging commercial advice to Aboriginal corporations that are parties to Native Title Agreements, State government agreements or agreements with industry.

The firm focuses on seeing to the effective implementation of agreements and contracts to ensure that the Aboriginal beneficiaries of these contractual arrangements get their rightful entitlements and that they understand what each party's obligations are at any time under these agreements.
